2022 Resolution

This is my first ever attempt of making a new year resolution because I am getting old and cheesy.

  1. Fitness

    • Work out at least 3 times a week
    • Keep weight under xxx
    • Swim once a week
  2. Work

    • Work on an open-source project
    • Improve code quality
  3. Diet

    • Drink 1L water every day
    • Eat more protein and less junk food
    • At most 1 Maccies/KFC/FiveGuys/Fried chicken every month
    • Less sugar drinks
    • Cut down coffee intake
  4. Mind

    • Watch less than 30 min TikTok/Reel/Wechat Videos a day
    • Read at least 1 book
